As part of the second phase of construction at Gemini Business Park, an existing tenant requested a larger building to meet their growing demand. Working closely with the tenant, and utilizing our knowledge of their operational needs, we designed a 91,750 SF warehouse with 2,200 SF of finished office space and 32’ clear height. The building has R-15 walls, an R-30 roof, and 89 skylights to deliver a highly efficient industrial facility. This building also has 143 parking stalls, concrete parking and truck courts, 7 grade level overhead doors, 8 pit levelers with dock high doors, and the ability to expand to an additional 18 dock high doors. With a 10-month construction period, this building will deliver in September of 2025.
